Project Snehalaya is social charitable trust. Snehalaya rehabilitate sexually exploited women and their children from red light areas since 16 years and proved itself as a home of love & affection for these children's, by teaching them moral values as to grow up as responsible citizen of the society.

Snehalaya has got National award from government of India for its outstanding achievement in the field of Women and child Welfare. Snehalaya has also been awarded ISO 9001-2000 Certification by TUV india for successfully implementing ISO Quality Management System.

Project Snehalaya come into existence in 5 January 1999 at the village Gursale near Pandharpur. Inspiration was from Late Ku Rupali, the daughter of our President - Shree Pradeepkumar Shingavi. She was suffering from critical illness of Thalessamia. Due to her illness she would have live to 3-4 years; but her religious faith and her belief on the Jain Namokar Mantra helped her to reach the age of 18 years. She used to celebrate her birthday in the school of blinds & orphans and unsupported children's; such type of strong desire, she expressed before her father at the time of her last breath. Her affectionate social attitude becomes the cause of our inspiration in the establishment of Snehalaya.

On 5th June 2003 Snehalaya was shifted from Gursale, Pandharpur to village Karambha near Solapur city into a well furnish building with all amenities. At present 312 children are availing the benefits and 266 are on the waiting list for admission till today due to lack of funds. This year we have planned to accommodate 30 new children beneficiaries. Snehalaya providing all necessary facilities to beneficiaries, which are available in higher middle class family in our society.
